The Assistant Director of Field Placement will work collaboratively with the Directors of Clinical Training and Curricula to develop clinical field training placements and coordinate curriculum schedules for Masters level counseling students. The Assistant Director of Field Placement will teach approximately 2 supervision courses per academic year and will provide yearly trainings for site supervisors. They will work closely with adjunct faculty and oversee field training and course evaluations. We are seeking a dynamic, organized, LMHC clinician, who possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required Skills

3-5 years of experience and Master's degree required.

LMHC Certification required.* *

All candidates need to meet MA supervisor requirements.

Previous teaching and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
