The Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences at Boston University invites applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the area of Socio-Emotional Development, to begin July 2018, pending budgetary approval. We are particularly interested in recruiting a researcher with a strong theoretical grounding in individual differences in child socio-emotional development, and expertise in psycho-physiological and/or neural methods (e.g., fMRI, fNIRS). This position is affiliated with our Developmental Science Program. The candidate must be committed to establishing a vigorous, externally supported program of research, a strong publication record, and a strong teaching record. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses and engage in research training at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Required Skills

We seek candidates who have completed their PhD and relevant postdoctoral fellowship experience in Psychology, or a related discipline.
