GREEN EQUITY PARTNERSHIP Join the Green Equity Partnership as a Paid Instructor! Green Equity Partnership is an in-depth skills training program for employed workers. Classes are held outside of work hours-about 4 to 6 hours a week. GEP is focused on inclusion in the growing building decarbonization green economy. Are you passionate about sharing your expertise and empowering others? Do you have experience working in Diversity & Inclusion? Join us in training for new skills needed in the future. You\'ll have the opportunity to share your knowledge with others and make a meaningful impact on their careers. We are looking for instructors in these areas (classroom support to selected online programs) HERS Rater/energy auditor: Are you RESNET- certified? Heat Pump/HVAC: Do you have a Refrigeration Technician or Plumbers license? Foundational skills: Can you teach one or more of these? * blueprint reading * geometry and algebra * online test taking * workplace documentation and recordkeeping More details: Classes will be evenings and weekends, outside of work hours We want to hire instructors for entire programs but will also hire instructors for specific modules * Programs will run 6 to 9 months and be repeated 3 to 4 times over 3 years * \$75/hr to \$100/hr for class time * Small classroom sizes * 3 years of funding from Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MCEC) Why Join Us?
