The Career Center at Emmanuel College is seeking a part-time Graduate Assistant to provide support for general Career Center functions, including advising liberal arts and science students on all facets of their career development and job search implementation, as well as marketing and staffing campus career events. The Graduate Assistant will serve as the lead Teaching Assistant for the Career Planning and Engagement course and will assist in supervising the student teaching assistants.

Under the supervision and guidance of the Associate Director of the Emmanuel College Career Center, the Graduate Assistant will support the mission and vision of the Career Center through a variety of key functions including; career advising, career education programs, administrative support.

Candidates must be enrolled in a graduate degree program, preferably in education or a related discipline. Experience with public speaking and project management is desired, along with excellent interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities and adhere to deadlines. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software.
