Boston University School of Law is seeking to hire a part-time instructor in academic skills for the law school’s Legal English Certificate Program (LECP). The three-credit class will take place during the fall 2017 semester. This course is part of a required curriculum for students in the LECP. The course is designed to provide LECP students with a fundamental understanding of the key skills necessary for U.S. law school, including case law analysis, case briefing, outlining, and note-taking.

Required Skills

Experience with ESL instruction or working with international student populations required. Prior law school teaching experience is strongly preferred.
