We are looking for highly motivated and personable Research Assistants to recruit and enroll participants into the All of Us Research (Precision Medicine) Program at Boston Medical Center. Research Assistants will be responsible for recruitment (mail, phone, in-clinic) and enrollment (patient education, informed consent, phlebotomy, physical measurements, and vital signs) activities. This role provides exposure to multiple aspects of a large nationwide research program. Spanish fluency strongly preferred. Position requires periodic evening and weekend hours.

All of Us Research Program Description:
The All of Us Research Program is a national research program with the goal of building a diverse cohort of one million U.S. volunteers. The Program will widely represent the U.S. population with participants from different socioeconomic backgrounds, ancestral backgrounds, health conditions, and certain environmental and geographical factors. All samples and data will be stored in a secure database and provide researchers with baseline data, biospecimens, healthcare records, survey data, wearable device information and genetic results. The Research Program will support research in various areas including pharmacogenetics, precision medicine, prediction and prevention to advance treatments of diseases.
