Vinfen Day Program Instructor in Brighton, Massachusetts
To succeed in this role you will have good time management skills, good writing skills, strong organizational skills and a year of related experience. A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field is preferred, but experience may substitute for education. Candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and have held a valid US driver’s license for a minimum of 1 year and be able to satisfactorily pass both a driving check and a CORI check. Candidates for this position must be able to become CPR, First Aid and Safety Care certified within two weeks of hire.

We are looking for compassionate, caring, dynamic staff to provide services to clients living with developmental disabilities in Brighton. Working in day program setting, Instructors work with clients on implementing clinical and academic programs. Instructors will engage with clients and assist in the daily implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), as well work with clients individually and in groups to develop skills. Additionally, Instructors will be responsible for maintaining client documentation and data collection.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
