We are seeking a graduate intern to join our Greater Boston team for the summer. The graduate intern will be exposed to all dimensions of the company’s regional operations and each department will get the opportunity to use the intern for projects that may otherwise fall to low priority.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide competitive research and analysis support.

  • Help with collection and input of quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Conduct market research, as needed.

  • Provide updates to existing spreadsheets.

  • Be involved, participate in, and learn about various departments within the Company.

  • Special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a Masters in Business Administraiton.

  • Interest in Real Estate, preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Power Point and Access.

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) a must.

  • Results oriented, proactive, attention to detail, strong and efficient work ethic.

  • Willing to work as part of a team and support the office as needed.
