Duties - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans for toddler preschool and prek aged children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Monitor and supervise children at all times to ensure their safety - Collaborate with parents to provide updates on their child\'s progress - Assist with daily routines such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting - Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behavior Experience - Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting, such as daycare, preschool, or elementary school - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with age-appropriate developmental milestones - Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - First aid certification is preferred Skills: - Classroom management - Caregiving - Early childhood education - First aid - Toddler/Preschool/PreK experience - Experience with children We follow all EEC regulations and guidelines. Requirements for this position are: - 18+ years old - High School Diploma - EEC Certification - Toddler/Preschool teaching experience prefered but will train. - Candidate must be able to work as a strong and cooperative member of a team and possess good verbal and written communication skills. - Applicant must be able to provide references, pass a Background Records Check, be reliable, be a team player, and be able to provide documentation of good health to work with children (current physical/immunizations/etc.) Competative wages, full time/part time hours avaliable.
