Job Description:

The Culinary Arts and Food Service Department, the Division of Career and Technical Education and Business, invites applications for anticipated adjunct faculty vacancies for the Fall 2017.

Culinary and Baking Adjunct Faculty members are wanted for days, afternoons and evenings on the Middleton campus beginning on September 6, 2017.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Management or Pastry Arts/Management. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree in Culinary or Baking plus professional certification at the level of CEC or CEPS (or comparable) may be considered.

  • Current work experience related to the content filed required.

  • Teaching experience in higher education and/or at the community college level is strongly preferred.

  • Experience embedding the use of technology into the curriculum preferred.

  • A commitment to and experience working with a divers student body is also required.

Additional Information:

Salary will range from $1,576 - $2,642 per course for first time faculty depending on the course.
