A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field is preferred, but experience may substitute for education. Candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and have held a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year and be able to satisfactorily pass both a driving check and a CORI check. All applicants must be able to become CPR, First Aid certified with in two weeks of hire, Safety Care certified within 90 days of employment and MAP certified with in 150 days of employment.

Vinfen supports thousands of adolescents and adults with psychiatric, developmental, and behavioral disabilities at more than 200 sites with 2,700 employees in eastern Massachusetts and Connecticut.

We are looking for compassionate, caring, dynamic staff to provide services to clients living with developmental disabilities in Weymouth. The Instructor will assist in a work room of 6-8 individuals with varying levels of developmental disabilities. Provide assistance in the implementation of vocational and academic programs as well as assisting with with Activities of Daily Living. Assist in the daily implementation of individual service plans and recommended clinical plans. Provide support to persons served and assist in case management responsibilities in workroom setting. Ideal candidate is able to handle difficult behaviors and multi-task.

Schedule: Mon.- Fri., 8am - 4pm.
