Job Title: Packing Associate

Job Description:

We are hiring Packing Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts at our Agawam, MA location! The work environment is quiet, so candidates must be comfortable working independently or in small teams. Packing Associates will weigh products, pack them into boxes according to specifications, label and secure packages, and prepare them for shipment. Team members will rotate between tasks throughout the day to maintain variety.

Responsibilities:

• Weigh products and pack them into boxes following designated guidelines.

• Tape and label boxes accurately.

• Place finished packages on pallets for shipment.

• Rotate between packing, labeling, and palletizing tasks to ensure variety.

• Maintain organization and adhere to safety protocols within the warehouse.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to work well with others.

• High School Education.

• Ideally 6 months of experience in Warehouse, Packing, or Picking roles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• A High School diploma is required.

• Strong communication skills.

• A stable job history (1.5 years minimum with one recent employer).

• Ability to follow written instructions in English.

• Must pass a safety test after completing safety training.

Work Environment:

Shifts available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Steel-toed boots are required. Safety gloves and glasses will be provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
