Description We are on the hunt for a skilled Instructor/Trainer to become a part of our team. In this capacity, you will be crucial in managing our Learning Management System (LMS) on a daily basis. Your primary responsibilities will include providing both technical and administrative aid to the Training Department, coordinating video conferences, and handling department billing. This role is based in Allston, Massachusetts, 02134, United States and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Offer technical support to the Training Department.

• Manage and audit the database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Generate internal and external reports as required.

• Ensure the accuracy of information on SharePoint.

• Coordinate video conferences for the Training Department.

• Handle the billing processes within the department.

• Provide administrative support for Divisional trainings.

• Participate in team projects within the Training Department.

• Utilize skills in Adobe Acrobat, Cisco Webex Meetings, CRM, Dojo, About Time, and various other computer programs. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instructor/Trainer or in a related role

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat

• Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings

• Familiarity with various computer programs

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Experience with Dojo

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Understanding of basic accounting functions

• Proven ability to maintain and monitor attendance records

• Excellent communication skills
