Crystal Springs is looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional who is energetic and passionate about working in a dynamic team based environment. Your Role: The Human Resource generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely as a team player on a wide variety of projects with a main focus on employee relations and compliance related projects. Responsible for handling all employee relations counseling across the campus, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. Administers various human resource plans and procedures; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems process improvements. Maintain records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations, BRC regulations and other agency funded programs. Assist with new-employee orientations. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed. Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from a variety of databases. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Performs other related work as required. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management or in a related field is required. PHR and or SHRM-CP certification is preferred. Five to seven years Human Resources Generalist experience is desired; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must be proficient with MS Office; preferred experience and expertise in ADP Workforce Now and EE Navigator. Strong teamwork and ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must. Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations is essential.
