Are you a seasoned accountant who thrives on bringing order to complexity? Do you have a passion for mission-driven work? We’re looking for a Controller who not only ensures financial accuracy and compliance but will also streamlines processes, build efficiencies, and lead with a positive, can-do attitude. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll take charge of our accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, and help create a more structured and effective finance function.
What You Will Do:
Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls with precision
Lead a team with clarity, mentorship, and a solutions-driven mindset
Simplify and automate processes to make accounting work smarter, not harder
Ensure smooth audits, accurate contract billing, and compliance with state funding requirements
Who You Are:
An accounting leader with deep expertise in financial operations (CPA or MBA preferred)
A problem solver who can bring structure and efficiency to a complex environment
A tech-savvy leader who embraces systems, including Accounting (we use Acumatica), HRIS (we use Dayforce), Excel, Sharepoint/Teams, AI and other automation tools
A mission-driven professional who finds purpose in supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health needs
A leader with a positive attitude who fosters a strong, collaborative team

At work, we are psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board certified behavior analysts, direct service staff and employment specialists.
