To meet this need, MITRE is creating a new Leaders of the Future (LOTF) Center of Excellence (COE) that will facilitate educational and development programs for leaders at all levels of the company.
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to provide support to the COE. Key functions include coordinating logistics across a variety of programs, helping to coordinate, manage, and continuously improve the program experience, and assisting in planning and promoting leader development offerings.
Serves as the primary administrator for Leaders of the Future programs, including scheduling, registration, updating content publication, tracking attendance, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Promotes leader development offerings in partnership with Enterprise Communications team on appropriate internal channels
Coordinates with vendors and third-party training providers as needed to facilitate their participation in LOTF programs.
Tracks and analyzes results from student surveys, course evaluations, etc. Identifies trends and makes suggestions for improvements to these programs or processes.
Coordinates the production of user guides, job aids and instructional videos around the use of EdX and other systems to increase utilization and ease of use.
Coordinates logistics for LOTF team sessions, teambuilding, and other events, including securing space, necessary materials, etc.
May perform other administrative or support duties as assigned.
B.A./B.S. in related field; or an equivalent in education and experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work.
Must be highly motivated, proactive, flexible, coachable and possess the ability to effectively improvise.
Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and find innovative solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships
3 years of experience in an HR, Training, or Learning and Development related role
Experience with vendor contracts
