They design and deliver all kinds of training courses – from lectures to lab exercises – for the benefit of internal and external customers. Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of high quality technical training assets for all audiences, specifically our Technical Support Technicians.
Participates in requirements gathering and on-going consultation with stakeholders during development to ensure optimal level of training is delivered.
Collaborates with team members to identify the best training tools and methods to use when developing assets that best address the stakeholders’ requirements.
Responsible for planning and development of assigned courses based on needs analysis within industry standard timelines.
Involves becoming an expert on training, adult education, motivation theory, new materials, methods and techniques used in the Education field to ensure optimal level of training is delivered.
Must have both the necessary technical knowledge and the real-world experience in the subject matter they are assigned to develop in: Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity and Access Assurance (IAA) concepts.
Experience in teaching, coaching or technical knowledge share in a professional environment is desirable. Must have thorough understanding and technical knowledge on supported software, systems and components, process skills and consulting skills. Must have working knowledge of on supported software, systems and components.
Demonstrates solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on multiple projects and/or tasks with aggressive deadlines.
Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
Perform needs analysis with stakeholders on training objectives
Design and develop training assets in multiple modalities; instructor led, eLearning, eLearning with labs
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, team members, Subject Matter Experts and leadership
Bachelors in computer science or Education
Technical background including knowledge of client/server networks, network security
LDAP / Active Directory Administration
