Endicott College Assistant Director, Residence Life in Beverly, Massachusetts

Endicott College's new Student Affairs leadership team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Residence Life. The Assistant Director will develop and implement residential education initiatives including Living-Learning Communities and a robust and impactful residential curriculum. T he Assistant Director will supervise live-in professional staff of Residence Directors and Graduate Assistants.

This is a full-time, 12-month, live-off position that includes medical, dental, retirement and tuition benefits for you and your family. Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise between 3 to 5 live-in Residence Directors. Coordinate, implement, and assess Living-Learning communities.

  • Develop, implement, and assess departmental residential curriculum.

  • Provide oversight and management of the Resident Assistant program and processes.


  • Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, or related field.

  • Previous experience in Residence Life, including supervision and with Living-Learning Communities is required.

  • Successful candidates will be well organized and detail oriented, excel in written and verbal communication, and have excellent customer service skills.

  • Must be able to perform diverse duties and responsibilities in a high-energy environment with the ability to respond to the changing needs and demands of the Office of Residence Life, Division of Student and External Engagement, students, families, and the College.
