Endicott College Associate Director, Special Education in Beverly, Massachusetts
Endicott College is a welcoming community with engaged staff, faculty and students, a beautiful campus, and great employee benefits. Endicott College is seeking an Associate Director of Special Education to advise 50-100 special education students and support the field based experiences team.
Other key responsibilities of the Associate Director, Special Education are:
Teach 4 courses annually in the Special Education Master?s Program
Participate in curricular review and assessment
Collaborate on School of Education initiatives
Required qualifications are:
Earned Ed.D./Ph.D. in Education required
Expertise in two of the following areas: Moderate Disabilities, Severe Disabilities, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and/or Applied Behavior Analysis
5+ years experience in public or private K-12 schools
Some knowledge of licensure requirements is the state of Massachusetts is preferred
Ability to drive and licensed to operate a motor vehicle
Periodic travel for work is required
Willingness to learn and collaborate on a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
Extensive experience with Google suite of applications, Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as an ability to read, interpret and produce reports from data
