Endicott College Dean, School of Visual & Performing Arts in Beverly, Massachusetts
Endicott College’s School of Visual & Performing Arts is seeking a new Dean.
The Dean is responsible for the supervision of curriculum development, accreditation, marketing, student recruitment, internship, finances, fundraising, and student/parent relations for the School of Visual and Performing Art (VPA). This includes the departments of Architectural and Design Studies, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, and Visual Communications.

Responsibilities of the Dean include:
Provides leadership and vision to the Visual & Performing Arts staff and faculty (union and non-union positions)
Liaison with Provost and administrative departments across campus
Establish and maintain academic standards
Provides leadership across campus on creative projects
Supervises Faculty and Staff
Mentors and manages heads of Architectural and Design Studies, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, and Visual Communications departments, at the undergraduate and graduate levels and mentors and supervises Associate Dean of VPA
Supervises the Academic Coordinator, Internship faculty, and Digital Lab Coordinator
Facilitate Admission events and student relations
Leads accreditation and assessment processes
Facilitates and monitors fiscal Management
Manages General Education and Core Requirements for the School of VPA and ensures effective integration of Internship requirements and proposals
