Endicott College Director, Masters in Nursing Programs in Beverly, Massachusetts

Endicott is located in the beautiful seaside town of Beverly, MA - a wonderful place to work and enjoy all that the Northshore of Boston has to offer. The School of Nursing is a close-knit community of nurse educators who care deeply about the preparation of nurses at all levels.

Endicott College School of Nursing is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Masters in Nursing Programs to be a thought-partner as the college continues to evolve. This position provides leadership and overall management of the Masters in Nursing programs. Additionally, the Director must be capable of creating a strategic vision for the continued growth and currency of the programs.

General responsibilities include:

  • Management of the Master?s Nursing Program inclusive of the Administration, Education, and Global Health tracks

  • Recruit, select, and evaluate the performance of adjunct graduate faculty

  • Oversee admissions, advising, and administration of the Master?s Nursing Program

  • Responsible for accreditation and compliance

  • Participate on school and college committees (Graduate Director?s Committee, Graduate Curriculum Committee)

  • Lead ongoing curricular updates for rigor and relevance and program evaluation

  • Advise and mentor the MSN students

  • Develop course schedules

  • Active member in professional organizations at the state and national level for master?s level nursing education

Requirements/Qualification

  • Doctoral degree in nursing

  • 5+ years of professional experience in grad level nursing education

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Significant scholarship and research and/or professional practice experience

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills
