Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant in Boston, Massachusetts. This is an on-site role that will be part of our team in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with invoice-related tasks and be able to manage the training for it

• Managing the process of bill payments

• Oversee the payroll function and ensure its accuracy

• Be responsible for tracking work hours

• Handle credit card information, reconcile these records and input them into Deltek

• Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records and manage their accounts accordingly Requirements • A minimum of two years' experience in an accounting role

• Proficiency in Deltek software for efficient financial management

• Demonstrable experience in bill payment processes

• Experience in managing payroll functions in a corporate setting

• Skilled in invoice processing and management

• Must possess excellent financial analysis and reporting skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required

• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
