Adjunct faculty will teach echocardiography scanning techniques and imaging protocols in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography laboratory. This 15-week course begins in the Fall 2018 semester and ends in December. Responsibilities include the teaching of introductory scanning techniques for basic echocardiography imaging. Lab times are on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Additional responsibilities include grading protocols and proctoring quizzes and exams.


Required: Current ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS/ACS) credential A minimum of three years of full-time experience in a hospital environment Broad knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology Strong skills and abilities in scanning of all imaging protocols associated with echocardiography

Desired: Bachelor?s degree Teaching experience in a CAAHEP accredited program
