Boston University ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine in BOSTON, Massachusetts

Under the direction of the Program Administrator, Director of Didactic events. Education and Director of Research, this individual who will work with the PA program full-time to provide administrative support for the didactic and research curricula of the PA Program. Administrative support includes responsibility for managing the student and faculty schedules for all didactic lectures, clinical phase lectures, clinical skills sessions in the 28-month program, as well as all room scheduling requests. Curriculum management includes developing and updating curriculum websites (Blackboard) for 10 courses, administering exams, calculating and recording grades and updating the curriculum mapping database. This individual will provide administrative support to the Educational Policy and Curriculum Committee and Self-Assessment Committee Curriculum Committee of the PA Program, implement the onboarding of each new PA class (background checks, Orientation) and serve in a supportive role during PA program events such as Admissions interviews, Graduation, White Coat ceremony and other program-wide

Required Skills

Associate/Vocational/Technical degree required, 1-3 years' experience, advanced communication skills (oral and written), strong computer skills.

This is a part-time position.
