Boston University ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR FOR UNDERGRADUATE AFFAIRS, Office of the Associate Provost, Academic Assessment in BOSTON, Massachusetts
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Undergraduate Affairs unit in the Office of the Provost. The Undergraduate Affairs unit is headed by the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Affairs, who works collaboratively with the academic units across the University to develop innovative, forward-looking programs, and to assure a top-quality education for all of our undergraduate students. This position will primarily support and report to the Assistant Provost for Academic Assessment, but will also work closely with the Directors of National and International Fellowships and Scholarships and the Trustees Scholars Program.
Required Skills

B.A. /B.S., and one to three years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, including ability to write well and to deal effectively and diplomatically with various constituencies.
Must be able to work independently, to anticipate office needs, to set priorities in consultation with others, and to handle sensitive/confidential information.
Ability to conduct research (for example, about other universities and programs), to compile data and other information, and to produce written reports and evaluations is desirable.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress helpful.
