Boston University ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, Office of the Provost, Academic Program Review in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The Administrative Coordinator (AC) for Academic Program Review and Graduate Affairs is an important member of the Graduate Affairs team in the Office of the Provost. The AC supports several initiatives such as academic program review, graduate student communications, and general administrative and events support. Through our Academic Program Review process we seek to promote strong and vibrant academic departments and programs.

The Graduate Affairs unit works collaboratively with the schools, colleges, and graduate and professional programs across the University to develop innovative, student-centered programs, and to assure a top-quality education for all graduate and professional students. The AC reports to the manager for academic program review and strategic initiatives.

Our work environment is highly collaborative; we support individual professional development and promote wellness and self-care. This position is a hybrid position, working up to two days remotely per week (though days allowed may fluctuate based on campus events or required team meetings).

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required along with one to three years of experience.
