Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator will support the management of the Medical School admissions office, Preprofessional Advising office, the Committee on Admissions, and the admissions and advising process in general. They will prepare, analyze and maintain applicant and student records, serve as an information resource for internal and external constituents, and provide support for special projects as designated. In addition, they will provide interview scheduling and support for various pathway programs. Including coordinating both with interviewers and applicants as well as the undergraduate admissions' office. Note: This position is co-located on both the MED and CRC campuses.

Required Skills

Bachelors Degree and 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Advanced written and oral communication skills. Sophisticated computer/technical skills preferred.
