Job Description

Assist the Athletic Training Services staff. This office operates during nontraditional hours including nights, weekends, holidays and University intersession. Responsibilities include answering of phones, scheduling meeting and filing of paperwork. Process accounts payables and receivables. Coordinate communication between healthcare professionals, insurance companies and multiple University departments including Student Health Services, Athletics, Physical Education Recreation & Dance, Military Sciences, Dean of Students, Residential Life, Departments of Family Medicine and Orthopedics, Sargent College, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety . Responsible for enhancing communication, data collection and transfer, tracking and ordering supplies and scheduling and assisting with recruitment and retention process for the Athletic Training Services unit.

  • B.A./B.S. required

  • Highly organized

  • Able to multi-task

  • Work well in a team setting

  • Three to five years of experience
