Boston University ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER, DOS Dean of Students & Division of Student Affairs in BOSTON, Massachusetts

Provide assistance, guidance and resolve inquiries from students, parents/family members and University colleagues. These points of contact can are often in-person, telephone, mail and web-based. This individual will respond to, triage and/or collaborate with other departments.

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree and 1 to 3 years experience, Individual must have excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
