ASSISTANT DEAN FOR ADMINISTRATION, School of Law
The Assistant Dean for Administration directs daily operations and drives planning, analysis, reporting, policy development, and continuous improvement for Human Resources, Facilities and Operations, Technology and Academic Media Services, Faculty Services, and general administrative operations of the law school. In accordance with the Dean’s strategic vision and goals, this Assistant Dean develops and implements policies and practices related to administrative operations, facilities, technology, and personnel. This Assistant Dean also provides oversight and direction for all administrative matters associated with faculty actions, surveys and accreditation, dean’s office administration, facilities, and general school operations. Finally, this leadership team member will, in certain instances, represent the School of Law in University-wide initiatives and serve as liaison to various University offices. In performing their job, the Assistant Dean meets regularly with and remains in consistent communication with the Dean and the Assistant Dean for Finance.
Bachelor’s degree and 8 – 10 years’ experience or Master’s degree and 5 years’ experience.
