Reporting to the Director of the Emmanuel Fund, the Assistant Director of the Emmanuel Fund assists with the planning, implementation and execution of a program that grows unrestricted annual support, primarily from alumni but also from other funding sources.

Essential responsibilities will include: ?Assist the Director to establish annual fundraising goals, objectives, and projections. Monitor, analyze and evaluate giving patterns, and use these metrics to inform projections, goals, and annual campaign strategy for success year over year. ?Execute all aspects of the Annual Fund including direct solicitations, direct mail, electronic appeals and special campaigns to achieve annual goals. ?Develop all annual fund communications and content, including brochures, appeals, acknowledgement letters, and emails ?Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to manage Annual Fund marketing requests and daily operations ?Create strategies to renew and upgrade current donors, increase participation rates of all constituencies, increase acquisition rates of new donors (parents and alumni) ?Collaborate with the Director of the Annual Fund to create a framework for encouraging leadership support from parents of current students as well as legacy support ?Collaborate with Director of Alumni Relations to establish alumni giving solicitations to increase annual gifts from alumni ?Assist the Director of the Annual Fund with the management of reunion class committees and volunteers of key classes to increase support

A qualified applicant should have a Bachelor's degree with two to four years of professional work experience in annual giving or a related field.
