For more information, visit The Assistant Director of Operations and Assessment reports to the Executive Director of the Career Center and supports all activities associated with the operational functions of the Career Center. This position will oversee maintenance of HireSaints, the on-line career management system, establish assessment measures and generate reports to support Career Center functions, manage marketing materials/social media channels and manage student workers. * Manage overall administrative operations of HireSaints (data imports/exports, scheduled system releases, data clean-ups) Collaborate with Career Education and Employer Engagement Teams to build calendar of events and communications. Manage the Career Center's social media channels. Coordinate the development and posting of content. * Manage the collection of assessment data for Experiential Learning and Professional Development & Mentoring outcomes and provide reporting on internship program outcomes to the Program Director of Career Education *Generate data reports (scorecards and annual report information) and assist with the operations to streamline processes and monitor data integrity of HireSaints * Assists employer relations team in entering Level I position postings, employer information, and event information into HireSaints * HireSaints Super User. Responsible for communicating and working through all system updates. Point person for career fair event builds, information sessions, announcements and setting up on-campus interviewing schedules. Data imports for student information every semester. Create and oversee manager users, unarchived alumni, new students, and faculty users and responsible for complete data integrity. *Hire, train, supervise, and coordinate daily work activities of Office Assistant Team. Oversee work log on Trello for all students, provide training and professional development for OATs. * Create social media marketing plan for the academic year, create campaigns and digital templates for Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Delegate content creation, review work over Hootsuite, and post weekly promotions of events, job, employer, and alumni highlights. * Attend professional development conferences and workshops Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in operations or marketing preferred Working knowledge of career technology platforms, data reporting, and visualization Familiar with Excel, and Microsoft Teams, Adobe Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to exercise independent judgement Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service, including professional appearance, demeanor, comportment, and a high level of responsiveness and care.
