Boston University ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid, Questrom School of Business in BOSTON, Massachusetts
Reporting to the Associate Dean, Graduate Admissions and MBA Student Experience, and as part of the Questrom School of Business Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid Team (GAFAO), the Associate Director will oversee all graduate admissions operations for the Questrom School of Business This includes management of all admissions systems (SalesForce, WebAdmit, Blackthorn, Kira Talent, and others), as well as the collection, maintenance, and reporting of both program and aggregate level data. The Associate Director will also create and uphold policies and procedures for varying admissions processes (requesting a program change, deferrals, requesting an increase in scholarship, etc.). The Associate Director oversees a team of four: the CRM Systems Manager; two Senior Program Coordinators; and one Program Coordinator. B.S./B.A. required, Master's Degree preferred, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, experience managing systems, and four to six years of experience in admissions or a similar field. Position requires occasional evening and weekend work.
