KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Learning Technologies to join our Human Resources organization.


  • Lead large scale implementations for KPMG’s Business School ("KBS") whose aim is to support KBS Learning programs and initiatives; monitor program and project progress by tracking activities, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, negotiating options, mitigating risk and recommending appropriate actions

  • Act as a strategic business partner to Learning leadership: transform strategic goals and priorities into business solutions by implementing digital technology and effective modernized business processes

  • Work as a liaison with KPMG technology teams: mediate security and risk concerns, identify RPA opportunities; coordinate deployment activities and maintain clear communication channels between technology and HR teams

  • Collaborate across KPMG Production Support teams to maintain sustainable support models and ensure effective transition of project work into appropriate teams

  • Oversee project plan creation and execution for multiple transformation initiatives and help ensure that project activities are completed within desired timelines, scope, quality and budget

  • Lead the HR technology team accountable for the transformational work occurring within Learning Transformation including team utilization, performance management and prioritization and execution of timely deliverables


  • Minimum ten years of corporate experience, including experience leading transformation initiatives and implementation of new technologies in the Learning industry, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Learning solutions and related business process technologies such as Content Management, e-Learning, Gamification, mobile learning, and Learning Analytics

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills related to prioritizing and executing timely deliverables within timeline, scope and budget

  • Ability to understand business needs to drive consensus among business leaders to enable transformation and advance strategic priorities while building rapport and fostering a collaborative working environment

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with impeccable Customer Service skills, positive attitude, and display professionally mature behavior in challenging situations; ability to communicate effectively and work with confidential and sensitive information at all levels of a large, complex organization
