Boston University BIOSTATISTICIAN, School of Dental Medicine, Health Policy/Health Services Research in Boston, Massachusetts
A successful candidate will be expected to assist a biostatistician with the preparation and analysis of data sets for dental and medical researchers at Boston Universitys Henry M Goldman School of Dental Medicine, as well as assist with teaching students. Under the supervision of the Biostatistician, he/she will be responsible for 1) conducting statistical analysis, summarizing and communicating analytic results through tables, graphs and reports, and helping with manuscript preparation; 2) mentoring dental students on research projects; 3) assisting with teaching activities; 4) participating in the design and methodology for research projects. A Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a closely related field with 1-3 years of experience is required. Expertise in statistical software (such as SAS, R, Matlab etc.) is required.
Required Education: Master in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a closely related field. 1-3 years of experience as a data analyst. Expertise in statistical software (such as SAS, R, Matlab etc.) is required.
