Job Title: Boiler Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Boiler Engineer to monitor the Building Management System (BMS) from the control room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting the system when necessary and ensuring the efficient operation of boiler systems.
Pay Rate: $48-52
Responsibilities
Monitor the BMS system from the control room.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the BMS system as they arise.
Perform maintenance and repair on boiler systems, including low-pressure steam engines.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability of facilities equipment.
Collaborate with the facilities maintenance team to address any electrical or mechanical issues.
Essential Skills
2nd Engineer License
Experience with boiler maintenance and low-pressure steam engines
Proficiency in control room operations and automation systems
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of stationary engineering practices
Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various systems

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
