For more information, visit We are seeking a Campus Minister to be a key member of the Mission and Ministry team. The Campus Minister will be responsible for faith formation, pastoral ministry, and community building. He or she will develop mission-based programming for faculty, staff, and students; and facilitate discussions, consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church, on issues of interest to students of various ethnic backgrounds and religious traditions. The Campus Minister will also oversee the retreat program, prepare and facilitate Roman Catholic, seasonal and interdenominational prayer services and will create and facilitate small faith sharing groups, prayer groups and spiritual meditation. The successful candidate will also have the talent to facilitate discussions on the development of healthy intimate relationships and consideration of human growth and development; and develop social justice initiatives, particularly those that reflect the mission of the College and the Sisters of Notre Dame. Our ideal candidate will provide support to individuals regarding concerns about spiritual growth, values, personal crisis, and grief. We are seeking a talented individual who can work with a variety of constituencies and serve on a team in a spirited community. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the College's mission and the value of Catholic higher education. He or she must be an active Catholic; Master of Divinity or Master's degree in Religious Studies/Theology or related field strongly preferred. Ministerial experience preferred although recent graduates will be considered. The candidate must be able to work some evenings and weekends.
