Boston University CAREER COUNSELOR,Student Affairs, Center for Career Development in BOSTON, Massachusetts
Provides career counseling and programs to undergraduates, graduate students and alumni as a member of the Career Education team within The Center for Career Development. Administers and interprets career inventories. Informs and engages students in the process of career development and the development of informed decision making skills. Designs and facilitates workshops, programs and events. Provides up-to-date career information with emphasis on identifying the most effective strategies for pursuing graduate school and the job search.
Masters degree in a career development or related field, experience administering and interpreting career-related inventories/assessments, proven ability to conduct workshops on career-related topics, and a minimum of one to three years of experience within career counseling in higher education. A current resume and cover letter are required of all applicants.
