Meta Content Developer in Boston, Massachusetts


In this position, you will partner and collaborate with program managers, instructional designers, curriculum managers and learning partners to design and launch training deliverables including eLearnings, instructor-led materials, job aids and videos.

Required Skills:

Content Developer Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop instructional content for our global sales teams including live and on-demand formats

  2. Design and develop creative assets (templates, presentations, storyboards, wireframes, videos, etc.)

  3. Drive and lead cross-functional business initiatives

  4. Utilize multimedia software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) and eLearning authoring tools (such as Evolve)

  5. Plan, execute and evaluate complex projects and timelines

  6. Manage multiple tasks and function effectively as a self-directed leader of multiple initiatives

  7. Stay up-to-date with training and education trends

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years professional experience in creative asset development

  2. Proficiency with multimedia and graphic design tools

  3. Proficient in web design and development

  4. Experience demonstrating effective project management

  5. Proven communication skills

  6. Extensive experience using standard publishing tools (Office, Google, and Adobe products)

  7. Experience in the visual design, development, implementation, and management of both online and instructor-led training solutions

  8. Consulting, relationship-management, and advocacy experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Considerable experience with VR (developing, facilitating)

  2. Asynchronous production technical skills (HTML, Evolve, CMS, LCMS etc.)

  3. Video production experience (Premiere, etc.)

  4. Instructional design and project management experience

  5. HTML, CMS, and LCMS experience

  6. Understanding of digital marketing and advertising teams and internal workings of agencies
