Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston Data Analytics Manager in Boston, Massachusetts
The Data Analytics Manager is an individual contributor who will (i) help multiple Bank functions develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting, (ii) configure and implement data analytics solutions, (iii) perform quantitative research utilizing internal and external data and present to functional area leadership and/or management, and (iv) maintain key reports, automating them where appropriate. We seek candidates with advanced programming capabilities in SQL and proven expertise and successes building reports and dashboards using Power Queries, and PowerBI. Given the growing need of data analytics at the Bank, the successful candidate will have substantial experience working with large, complex data, as well as experience guiding business users in developing effective reports and dashboards. Demonstration of exceptionally strong attention to detail and the ability to produce timely results with minimal supervision is critical to success in this role.
