Boston University DEANS OFFICE PROJECTS MANAGER, School of Public Health in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The Boston University School of Public Health (SPH) seeks a Deans Office Projects Manager to work alongside a world-class leadership team. The Projects Manager will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and managing high-level projects to fulfill strategy for the Deans Office. SPH is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven candidate. Confidentiality, discretion, and maturity are required. The Projects Manager will play a vital role in supporting strategic operations in the Dean's Office, working directly with the Dean and the Chief of Staff on the implementation of innovative projects that aim to promote the school's mission. Responsibilities include data management, event support, and other projects assigned. Candidates for the position should have excellent data management, synthesis, and reporting skills, as well as possess superior organizational skills, exceling in attention to detail, time management, written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent in Excel

  • Experience with Salesforce and Campaign Monitor or comparable programs preferred

  • Ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced, multi-faceted, changing environment
