Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, the Industry Engagement Department Administrator manages the day-to-day operations of the newly created Industry Engagement Office (IE or Department) including organization, coordination, and management of all administrative and budgetary areas of IE. Ensures administrative tasks in IE are executed effectively and efficiently. Develops department policies and processes and communicates University policies and procedures to staff as needed/appropriate. Plans and assists and/or completes projects to support the operations and programs of IE. May supervise student employees. Experience with grants and contracts pre-and post-award and administration and invoicing of gifts desired, and experience in the Use of Excel, Constant Contact, Wordpress, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office Suite, HTML and various social media outlets, database software design, and University administrative policies and procedures a plus. Required Skills

B.A./B.S., and one to three years of related experience. Experience in the use of Excel, Constant Contact, Wordpress, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office Suite, HTML and various social media, BUworks/SAP, database software design and use.
