As a design technologist you will

Be responsible for managing critical XD hardware, software, and networks. Manage all specialized computer systems and peripherals, ensuring that researchers, designers, and design technologists have the right hardware to do their job. Assess, acquire, and manage research and design software to make sure we are using the latest and best software. Set up and administer network access to facilitate internal and external connections, file storage, and publication of prototypes and other design output. Be able to handle a high volume of error-free data entry and manage complex and intensive processes. Manage and train users in key management software, like SalesForce, Confluence, and SharePoint. Engage deeply with technology organizations to integrate with their tools and processes.

You’re a person who has (required skills)

  • 5+ years of systems, process management or business experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Design, or related digital or business process-related field

  • Strong process knowledge including User-Centered Design, Design Sprints, Agile, Waterfall and other process methodologies used in the digital environment

  • Knowledgeable and practiced at multi-channel industry standards and best practices

  • Working knowledge of software used by designers and project managers

  • Experience in high-volume, error-free data entry

  • Experience managing complex and intensive processes

And you are a person who:

  • Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus onachievingresults

  • Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships

  • Is exceptional at problem-solving, issue resolution and time management

  • Demonstrates strong listening, communication and presentation skills

  • Is a continuous learner who adapts quickly and positively to change

  • Embraces the opportunity to work side by side with other designers and partners in a studio context (not remote)

  • Is available to travel up to 20% of time, and is able to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed

You’ll be better prepared if you have (desired skills)

  • Master’s degree with compensating experience

  • Financial or similar industry experience
