Reporting to the Vice President of Student Affairs, the Director of Student Activities will serve as the catalyst for co-curricular program development, student involvement and student leadership development. The Director will oversee the Office of Student Activities and supervise the Associate Director of Student Activities, Assistant Director of Student Activities/Programming and the Administrative Assistant.

Essential responsibilities will include; supporting and facilitating leadership development for students, management of the departments budget, developing and implementing department [policies, maintaining the campus activities calendar, assisting with the development and implementation of campus-wide events, and advise and co-advise various student groups and committees.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Student personnel, Counseling, Higher Education Administration or a related field, along with seven to ten years of post-graduate experience in Student Affairs. Candidates should have strong professional and ethical standards on which to serve as a role model to a diverse student constituency.
