DIRECTOR, RESIDENCE HALL, Division of Student Life, Residence Life
Manage the day-to-day operations of the local residence life office. Provide support, supervise staff and maintain various office records, including private student information. Train, supervise and evaluate resident assistants and senior resident assistants. Ensure that living and common spaces are safe, clean and functional for students. Regulate student conduct by enforcing residential rules and regulations, serve asjudicial officer, respond to urgent and emergency situations, intervene in conflict solutions and serve on a senior staff on-call rotation.
B.A./B.S., (MA preferred), excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service, organizational and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and one to three years of related experience. There is a twelve-month and a ten-month, live-in positions with night and weekend on-call responsibilities open.
