Our client, a university, has a short-term contract employment opportunity in the field of Early Intervention in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, as an Early Intervention Executive Assistant (EA), your main duties will revolve around administrative support, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely and efficient manner

• Manage and maintain precise customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Provide administrative assistance as required in the daily operations

• Manage detail-oriented calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

• Answer inbound calls, providing information and assistance to callers

  Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of detail-oriented experience in a relevant field

• Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks is required

• Must possess strong skills in calendar management

• Excellent customer service skills are essential

• Experience in answering inbound calls is a must
