Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Integrations Business Analyst to join a top global consulting firm. This firm delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. The Business Analyst (BA) will be joining a global agile HR systems team and will be responsible for optimizing and creating new payroll integrations within the firm. The BA will collaborate with both technical and functional teams, and therefore must have the ability to translate the payroll process and integration requirements into technical specifications.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include the following:
Collaborate with the HR organization in optimizing, planning, and executing payroll integration projects.
Provide consultative approach to understand the payroll systems functionality and apply that knowledge to solutioning.
Lead and facilitate requirements and design workshops with stakeholders on projects as well as enhancement requests.
Develop and execute comprehensive work plans and test plans to ensure high quality work product prior to deployment.
This position will be a 9-month contract and requires the individual to be local to Delhi, India. Pay rate ranges from $25-38/hr USD - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a payroll integration business analyst within an enterprise environment
Ability to translate the payroll process and integration requirements into technical specifications
Expertise in the HR domain and Saas applications and implementation tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate requirements and design workshops with stakeholders
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field Experience with agile methodologies
Workday experience with hands-on experience using Workday Connectors (Core, PECI, PICOF, etc.) null
