Deloitte Lead Specialist, Learning and Development - Tax in Boston, Massachusetts
Key Role Description
Support the development and execution of leading-edge learning and development programs. Partner with internal and external resources to manage a portfolio of live, virtual and digital learning experiences aligned with the business strategy and designed to achieve desired business outcomes. Manage day-to-day responsibilities focused on managing and evaluating courseware and learning programs. Manage resources, scope, and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes.
Support learning delivery for curriculum of 200+ courses for Tax service line.
Manage delivery execution for multi-day learning program offered virtually and in person at Deloitte University, including participating in regular planning calls with the program team, driving program communications, monitoring enrollments, supporting faculty recruitment, providing onsite delivery support, and preparing evaluation deliverables (metrics, lessons learned) with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Own the end to end processes for maintaining course and program information in learning systems (adding, updating, removing courses). Troubleshoot and support team in addressing questions regarding data in learning systems.
Maintain and develop content on various learning channels (internal company intranet pages, developmental planning sites, social learning/community sites) promoting learning courses and programs.
Monitor and validate work performed by other delivery teams including but not limited to formatting of learning materials, review and troubleshooting of program learning logistics (communications/invitations) and registration tools.
Analyze and report course metrics for stakeholder reporting and annual planning.

Qualifications - Required
§ Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 6 years of related experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and successfully plan, manage and deliver on multiple, concurrent, work streams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends. Experience using Microsoft Excel v-lookups and pivot tables required.
Strong PowerPoint skills. Ability to tell a compelling business story that drives insights through a concise, aesthetically pleasing PPT deliverable.
Able to collaborate with team members on best practices and translate them into operational protocols.
Critical thinking skills to identify interdependencies between issues, data, and recommendations.
Excellent written business communication skills.
Qualifications - Preferred
Experience working in a learning and development organization
• Prior consulting or professional services experience
Experience with learning management systems and technologies
