Position Summary:

The Learning and Development Coordinator provides end to end logistical and administrative support for leadership, professional development and other training run by the Corporate Talent Development team globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages email communications to participants, including pre-work, course updates and other course-related information

• Administers course information in the Learning Management System and/or Learning Experience Platform, including course creation, registration, completions and reporting

• Administer program feedback surveys and develop reports to show feedback and impact of programs

• Co-maintenance of the Talent Operations email inbox, including timely responses and resolution of questions

• Regular liaison with global on-site program contacts & vendor partners

• Maintenance of online and intranet based collaboration sites

• Generate regular reporting using Workday (HRIS), LMS, Survey Monkey, Power BI and other databases

• Assist in ad hoc process improvement and Training projects

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in learning coordination, learning operations support, or related area

• Strong attention to deal and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels of the organization, as well as independently

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel

• Proficiency or comfort with Microsoft Office 365 tools and and various workplace and collaboration technologies

• Proven ability to learn systems, databases and technology tools quickly

• A continuous improvement and collaborative mindset
