Description
The Manager, Learning Facilitation , plans, coordinates, and implements all aspects of training programs for participants throughout for Grievance and Appeals / Careplus.

Responsibilities
The Grievances and Appeals Learning Facilitation Manager
Oversee a team of instructors led and virtual instructor-led training
Create, Update as process change for compliance and oversight of appropriate materials to train for Grievance and Appeals processes for any new platforms to include but not limited to the following: Inovaare, HRP, HRCM, Sales Force, MPX.
Creates an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information, engages the learner, and produces the desired outcomes.
Monitors training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Reside in EST time zone
6 or more years of technical instructional design experience
2 or more years of management experience
Skilled in developing certifications and learning experiences using modern learning approaches and user experience design thinking
Progressive business and financial analytics experience with a focus on learning strategies and adult learning theories
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Grievances and Appeals
Experience with Medicare compliance regulations
Experience leading facilitation teams

Hours- 8am-5pm EST, outside of these hours based on business needs

Work-At-Home Requirements
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$84,600 - $116,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
